We manufacture each product to order. Production time is usually takes 2 weeks. In rare cases (for carbon elements or in case of high demand) it may take longer.

We accept payment by any bank cards using the Stripe payment system. Our company has a legal entity in the USA in order to be closer to our customers. But we deliver goods from other countries.
We accept payments in USD. Shipping cost is not included and depends of the weight, your country and shipping method.

After payment you will receive an order confirmation email. From that moment on, your order will take the status - in progress. This means that your order has been queued for production. Each order is made individually by hand and usually in a queue it takes about 2 weeks.
After your order is manufactured and packed, our logisticians will deliver it to the transport company and you will receive a status change notification - "Shipped" with a tracking number to your email.
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our Customer Service department via email info@monsterservice.pro. If the order has been prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled before it ships and you may be responsible for the cost of returning the product if you choose to return it. Orders that have been shipped and are in transit cannot be canceled, and you will be responsible for shipping the product back if you choose to return it.
Please contact us immediately if you’ve entered the wrong delivery address during checkout. If we have not shipped your product yet, we will cancel your order then you can reorder again with the correct address, or we will change your informstion. Immediate Payment is required after purchase.

We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the “shipping address”. Please use a real deliverable address. Monsterservice Team will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the “shipping address”. Money paid for undeliverable packages returned to MonsterserviceTeam will be refunded to the customer with withhold shipping charges.
International shipments can take 30 days for EMS ( usually 15-20 days) or more to reach destination and 5-14 days by DHL.
Shipping times estimated and cannot be guaranteed it doesn’t depend on us.
Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.
Items currently not in stock will ship as soon as they become available. Production period can take several weeks. Exact production period would be acquired from sales manager. Monsterservice Team packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments.
Some kits we can ship in several boxes (2 or 3) such us bodykit Camaro, V1 Genesis Coupe, full kit Lexus IS300, full kit Lexus IS250 and other. By DHL all these kits we ship in one big box.
We will provide tracking numbers for each box. You’ll get them after sending your order on your email.
Occasionally, damage may still occur in transit. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Evidence of damages and/or breakage of packaging or goods must be reported to Monsterservice Team and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and “return to sender”.
If damage of the goods is detected after the acceptance of the parcel from delivery company and it is clear that goods were damaged in transit (due to pressing, smashing, piercing or other force), contact us and we will try to solve this problem. DHL will compensate for the damage in full, EMS makes it much more difficult, but in any case we will write a claim for damages and try to help you.

If you receive damaged items due to mishandling from the shipping company, please call the shipping company immediately and make a damaged goods claim. All packages are provided with insurance free of charge.

Returns on “new” merchandise for exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the date of shipment. “New” merchandise shall not bear signs of usage or damage from installation or mounting. If you have installed or modified parts in any way, you automatically lose your right to returns, refunds or exchanges. All returned items will be inspected upon return to Monsterservice Team for return eligibility.
Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customers. Please maintain all shipping and tracking information until your return is processed. Monsterservice Team is not responsible for items lost in shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original invoice and contact information with all returns. Eligible returns will be exchanged or refunded less a 25% restocking fee.
